Kenneth Hsu is an associate in the Litigation Department at Ervin Cohen & Jessup. Hsu’s practice focuses on complex business and corporate litigation in federal and state courts. He has represented a wide range of companies, including local and national retailers, manufacturers and technology companies, in various class actions, contract disputes, shareholder disputes and other complex litigation matters.
During law school, Hsu served as editor-in-chief of the Hastings Business Law Journal. He also externed for the US Securities and Exchange Commission and for the Honorable Susan Y. Illston, US District Court for the Northern District of California. He serves as chair of ECJ’s Associates Committee and is a member of the Pilipino American Bar Association. Among his recent successes was his work representing the CEO of a technology company in a nine-day arbitration resulting in complete victory against claims of breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
