Marc Jones, a partner in Loeb & Loeb’s corporate practice, is a seasoned transactional lawyer with more than two decades of experience handling complex business transactions and securities matters. Jones focuses his practice on private equity and strategic acquisitions, minority investments, venture capital and growth equity financings and joint ventures transactions. He also has extensive experience with corporate governance controversies, recapitalizations and restructurings, executive compensation and incentive equity matters, among other highly complex matters.
Jones’ prior experience in business and his MBA from UCLA allows him to be more than just a legal advocate for his clients. He is able to advise his clients on the business, strategic and market considerations that will inform the legal decisions that they will make together, especially when those decisions relate to transactions that may be new to his clients but are very familiar to Jones.
