Kendall Brill & Kelly Partner Nary Kim is a leader inside and outside of the courtroom. As a partner and lead member of KBK’s Media and Entertainment team, Kim has been an integral member of seven KBK trial teams, including the trial teams that won a favorable judgment for a prominent business client and secured multiple arbitration victories for major film and television studios.
Kim rose to be a partner in just five years, having thoroughly demonstrated the expertise needed to develop winning cases for KBK’s clients. In just the past year, she played a leading role in securing the dismissal of a child pornography case filed by the person pictured on the album cover of Nirvana’s “Nevermind,” and recently helped secure the early dismissal of a high-profile lawsuit against Paramount Pictures seeking $500 million brought by two former actors in the 1968 film adaptation of “Romeo and Juliet.”
