Clark Hill labor & employment attorney Guillermo Tello has amassed an impressive set of accomplishments as a leader within his practice at Clark Hill, a leader within the Hispanic Bar, a leader in the local community where he lives and works, and a leader in successfully representing firm clients. Guillermo joined Clark Hill as a member (same as partner) in August of 2019 from LeClairRyan’s Los Angeles office where he had been a partner.
Shortly after Tello’s arrival at Clark Hill, the pandemic emerged and precipitated unprecedented shut down orders that left the business world uncertain of how-to carry-on. Tello did not hesitate and with his natural leadership formed and agreed to chair Clark Hill’s COVID-19 Employment Litigation Task Force. His team ably navigated the complex and multi-layered challenges and uncertainty facing businesses in the management of their workforce by providing business management advice with diligence and clarity.
