Willenken partner Jason Wilson has more than 30 years of litigation experience, including substantial trial and appellate experience. Wilson has taken more than 15 civil matters to trial (both jury and bench) or binding arbitrations. His experience on the appellate side is equally deep. He started his career with two clerkships for two different judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and has handled over 40 different appellate matters in his career so far.
Wilson is frequently retained as trial counsel by Fortune 500 clients, often just weeks before trial. His practice focuses on complex commercial business litigation, representing Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries in real estate, energy and utilities, environmental, intellectual property, class action, and complex business matters. Wilson’s representative clients include AbbVie, Southern California Gas Company, Hilton, McDonalds, Starbucks, Southern California Edison and Walgreens.
