As a studio director of the Gensler Los Angeles commercial office building studio, Serena Winner oversees a diverse range of projects. She is passionate about space, space-making and having a positive impact. She has overseen the design and construction of many prominent buildings in Southern California, including the Hyundai Corporate Headquarters in Fountain Valley, and several prominent office buildings in Culver City and West Los Angeles. She also led the team converting the Westside Pavilion Shopping Center to a single tenant office space for a prominent technology company.
From creating spaces for traditional office users, to technology companies, to entertainment companies, to creating life science lab and office spaces, Winner’s contributions have helped shape much of the working environment experienced by people in Southern California. As a project manager with over 25 years of experience, Winner plays a central role, leading responsibility for the day-to-day administration of projects.
