Colleen Hart stands out in the legal profession as a partner in the Tax Department and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group, where her work has made a significant impact on businesses, executives, and boards.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Hart’s service to the community through the LA County Bar Association’s Counsel for Justice (CFJ) board since 2016, including two terms as president in 2021-2023, has been exceptional. Also, Hart’s advocacy for veterans, drawn from her own experience as a U.S. Navy veteran, is a shining example of her dedication to making an impact beyond her day-to-day work. She has engaged in multiple military discharge upgrade cases and record clearing clinics for veterans. These actions have resulted in the contribution of more than $62,500 to CFJ and sponsorship of the “Who Are You Remembering” campaign since its inception.
