Saenger led the Ratkovich Co. in securing $90 million in construction financing for the 42-acre West Harbor development in San Pedro. The project broke ground in November and is expected to help revitalize the area’s waterfront. Saenger also spearheaded the acquisition of the Bowcroft Collection near Culver City in partnership with J.P. Morgan. Saenger serves as co-chair of the Los Angeles County Business Federation Land Use/Housing/Development/ Real Estate/CEQA Committee. He’s also on LAUSD Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho’s Business Advisory Council. He also serves on the UCLA Anderson Forecast board of advisors.
