Watson Land Co. develops, owns and manages industrial properties throughout Southern California and the East Coast. Jennison is responsible for overseeing the company’s 20 million-square-foot portfolio. He joined Watson in 2000, serving as vice president of asset management and chief operating officer prior to being appointed president in 2015. Before starting at Watson, he was the vice president and regional manager at Charles Dunn Co. Jennison, a USC alum, is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the Building Owners and Managers Association.
