Senior Managing Director/Southern California Regional Director, Tishman Speyer

DeMartini serves as a senior managing director and the Southern California regional director for Tishman Speyer. He’s also charged with overseeing activities in Washington, D.C., where he was previously the regional director. Since joining the company in 2005, DeMartini has led the acquisition, disposition and development of more than 12.5 million square feet of real estate valued at more than $6 billion. He’s currently involved in the first phase of the construction of the Santa Monica Collection, which includes a portfolio of eight development sites across nearly 3.1 acres in downtown Santa Monica. DeMartini, who is a member of the Urban Land Institute, previously held roles at Merrill Lynch and Andersen Consulting.
