Principal and President, Dedeaux Properties

Brett Dedeaux serves as president of Dedeaux Properties, the company he co-founded with his legendary grandfather, baseball coach Rod Dedeaux, in 2006. The company manages a portfolio of more than 6.5 million square feet of transportation-oriented properties throughout California. Dedeaux pioneered the now-established Industrial Outdoor Services sector of the industrial/logistics real estate market. Dedeaux is involved in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the USC Lusk Real Estate Center, the USC Trojan board of directors, SIOR and the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association. He is also the executive director of the Rod Dedeaux Foundation and oversees Dedeaux Ventures.
