Nazarian seems to be slimming down in the aftermath of the pandemic disruptions and keeping a low profile in what is his high-profile night club, restaurant and food service businesses. Nazarian delivers what’s called a “lifestyle experience” to high-end dining, often partnering with chefs or other collaborators. SBE diversified into food halls, ghost kitchens and mobile delivery. Over the years, hotel properties have been sold off. SBE is based in Beverly Hills, though Nazarian has reportedly been spending much of his time in Florida. His Bel-Air home was listed for sale a year ago for $39.5 million.
