Lowe oversees more than 600 employees at URW’s shopping centers in the United States. The Paris-based mall operator confirmed last year that it plans to sell its major U.S. holdings, including Westfield Century City, Westfield Culver City and Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks. URW already unloaded Westfield Santa Anita mall in Arcadia for $538 million and The Village in Woodland Hills for $325 million. Prior to his appointment as COO, Lowe served as URW’s executive vice president of design, development and construction for the U.S., and led entitlement approvals for the company’s mixed-use development projects. Lowe joined Westfield in 2007 to lead its airport retail business.
