Berman co-founded the toy company in 1995. He has served as executive vice president, secretary and director, and was named chief executive in 2010. The toymaker’s net sales last year were $726 million, a 28% year-over-year increase. It also posted a net income of $91.3 million, up from a net loss of $7.3 million in 2021. Jakks Pacific’s proprietary brands include Fly Wheels, Perfectly Cute, ReDo Skateboard Co., Sky Ball, AirTitans, Disguise, Moose Mountain, SportsZone, Maui, Kids Only!, Xtreme Power Dozer, and C’est Moi clean beauty product line. Jakks also sells a wide range of licensed products from the Walt Disney Co., Warner Bros., Sega, NBCUniversal, Microsoft and Nintendo.
