Recognized as one of California’s top trial lawyers, Neubauer has been named as a “Bet the Company” lawyer. He has been president of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and was on the ABA Journal Board. His clients have ranged from large corporations such as Johnson & Johnson and LVMH to Hollywood talent such as Dick Wolf and Dustin Hoffman. His civic work includes recognition as ACLU and Public Counsel’s Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year. He opened Carlton Fields’ L.A. office, growing it to over 22 lawyers and serving on the firm’s national director board. He stepped aside as managing partner earlier this year but remains active in the firm.
