Gensler designed the Los Angeles Chargers new team headquarters
and training facility in El Segundo, featuring a 143,500-square-foot
main training building and a 3,400-square-foot elevated outdoor turf
area. In the spring of 2022, the firm opened the Delta Sky Way at Los
Angeles International Airport; the $2.3 billion project is a 1.2-millionsquare-
foot, 27-gate complex connecting Terminals 2 and 3. Cohen
recently celebrated his 40th anniversary with the company and oversees
7,000 people across 53 offices, serving clients in more than 100
countries. Cohen is a registered architect in 41 states
