In the last year, Vidergauz has kept busy with the newly formed partnership
between his Sage Group and the London-based Spayne Lindsay.
Vidergauz founded Sage Group in 2000 and works with public and
private companies on M&A and other corporate finance transactions
across a number of industries, including apparel and accessories,
footwear, beauty and personal care, digitally native brands and e-commerce,
health and wellness, specialty retail and food and beverage.
