Founder and Managing Partner, Trinity Capital

Burke founded boutique investment banking firm Trinity Capital in
2000. In 2020, Burke’s team joined Citizens Financial Group Inc.,
which has over $200 billion in assets. Trinity Capital’s client roster
has included Yum Brands Inc. and its subsidiaries such as Taco Bell
Corp. Burke worked as an investment banker at Dillon Read & Co.,
L.F. Rothschild & Co. and Prudential Securities. He holds degrees from
Old Dominion University and the College of William and Mary and is an
adjunct professor at William and Mary’s Mason School of Business.
