Pandora Santa Monica’s office was built out in several phases over the course of several years with a consistent design and construction team. The scope of work consisted of demolition and build out of the interior tenant office space in the existing building including several high-end finishes, architectural specialty ceiling concepts, break room, restrooms and complex audio-visual infrastructure and equipment.
