Holwick was proud to be part of this unique building repositioning and transformation. A complete redesign of the building’s ingress and egress was completed for both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. A partial conversion of the parking structure allowed for a new entry into the building and vehicular traffic was routed through an adjacent parking lot by breaking through and existing exterior wall. The former lobby was converted into a lounge with a warm hospitality feel and several exterior collaborations and gathering areas were constructed to include raised landscaped planters and unique custom trellis and canopy pieces. Elevator, common area and restroom upgrades were also included in this beautiful redesign.
