Dukhovny is the VP of loan operations at Arixa Capital. She is an integral part of the senior leadership team which has collectively grown origination volume to record levels for the company in 2021. Dukhovny grew her team by 100% in the past year to meet the needs of the business, which involved recruiting and developing professionals in the closing, servicing and construction draw review groups.
