AECOM last year was named one of the world’s most ethical companies by corporate watchdog Ethisphere and earned high marks from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equity Index. Rudd was appointed to the roles of CEO and director of AECOM in August 2020 after joining AECOM in 2009. He had been chief financial officer in which he directed the company’s global financial operations. He also led the largest integration component involving the DCS Americas group. He obtained a BS degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and an M.S. in taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
