W.E O’Neil Construction will soon complete the West Edge Project on Exposition Boulevard and Bundy Drive. The project features an eight-story, 300,000-square-foot office tower and seven-story apartment building with 600 units. Finn began with W.E. O’Neil in 2001, rising to the role of vice president in 2005, when he opened the Inland Empire Division. He assumed his current post in 2014. Prior to joining the company, Finn served six years as project manager for Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. He obtained a degree in construction engineering management from Cal Poly Pomona.
