Private equity group Heritage CRETech Ventures invests in real estate supply chain technology, including applications for virtual reality, health tech, property management, marketing, payments, investing and reporting. The firm’s portfolio companies include Crowdstreet Inc., PayForward and WikiRealty Inc., among others. Feldman founded Heritage Capital Ventures, which invests in online financial technologies, in 2015. Feldman is also president of commercial real estate company KBS Direct. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at the law firm of Goodwin Procter, helping to start its California offices. He received his law degree from UC Davis.
