President, Adventist Health White Memorial

Issai was named president of Adventist Health Glendale in July 2018, becoming the first woman and first Armenian to lead the hospital. In March, Healthgrades named Adventist Health Glendale as one of the top 250 hospitals in the nation, placing among the top 5% for overall cardiac and pulmonary treatment. Prior to joining Adventist Health Glendale, Issai was on the executive team at Keck Medicine of USC. Before her Keck Medicine posts, Issai held executive positions at UC Irvine Health, Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center and at Duarte-based City of Hope. Issai has also served on Adventist Health Glendale’s ongoing medical missions to Armenia.
