Pachulski has more than 40 years of experience representing debtors and creditors’ committees in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings. In the past few years, he has represented several major clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, including restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday and plastics recycling company CarbonLite. Last January, Pachulski was chosen as a 2021 Southern California “Super Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters. Also in January, the firm announced it would open an office in Houston. Pachulski has been named a fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and an Attorney of the Year by American Lawyer Media’s Recorder.
