Mallow primarily represents defendants in consumer class and regulatory actions alleging economic product defects, unfair competition, false and deceptive advertising, business torts, and violation of privacy. He is best known for representing auto manufacturers, but Mallow’s defense practice includes defending clients in internet commerce, online dating, brick-and-mortar retail and the fashion-cosmetic industries. He also defended the first enforcement action by the Federal Trade Commission related to the national Do Not Call Registry. Mallow is currently the Treasurer of the Los Angeles Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He earned his JD with Honors at George Washington University Law School.
