Partner and Labor and Employment Practice Chair, O’Melveny & Myers

Chopra specializes in independent investigations on behalf of companies and boards into allegations of misconduct and Title IX investigations. An authority in the national dialogue over sexual harassment, Chopra also litigates complex class-action discrimination and wage cases on behalf of employers, as well as traditional labor matters. In addition to her co-chair roles at O’Melveny & Myers, she also leads the firm’s Colleges and Universities industry group. Chopra has been with O’Melveny & Myers for almost 30 years. She received her BA from UC Irvine and her JD from UC Hastings College of Law.
