Baradaran acts as outside general counsel to companies, funds, family offices and wealthy entrepreneurs in real estate, hospitality, sports, technology and entertainment. In February, he helped close a $93.8 million deal on a six-property portfolio for Gautier Land Co. Baradaran is also the special counsel negotiating a $1 billion luxury hotel development project for the city of Beverly Hills. In 2014, Baradaran represented Shelly Sterling in the $2 billion sale of the Los Angeles Clippers to Steve Ballmer. His other current projects include a 3,000-acre hospitality, residential and entertainment master development project in the Dominican Republic.
