Clark, the new head of Advanced Development Programs – also known as Skunk Works – succeeded Jeff Babione. Clark has been at Lockheed Martin for more than 23 years, most recently serving as vice president of the engineering and technology division, where he ensured the technical integrity of products and processes, supported technical concept development, and managed more than 8,000 engineers. He also served as vice president of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Skunk Works. Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s degree in business administration from Texas Christian University.
