Allison founded Burnham Benefits in 1995. In January 2021, Burnham Benefits was acquired by Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners, the middle market indirect subsidiary of BRP Group Inc. The deal adds Burham to the middle market operating group for BRP Group, an independent insurance distribution firm. Burnham was recently ranked No. 1 nationally by Business Insurance’s Best Places to Work list. With more than 30 years of experience in the benefit practice consulting segment of the insurance industry, Allison has worked in all functional capacities on both the carrier and advisory side. She serves on several broker advisory boards and has been involved with equine therapy group Mustard Seed Ranch.
