Richard Ziman is the co-founder and chairman of Brentwood-based Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. Rexford focuses on industrial real estate assets in Southern California. Ziman was also the founding chairman and chief executive of Arden Realty Inc., which merged with General Electric in a $5 billion deal. He is also the founding chairman of AVP Advisors, which advises American Value Partners. Ziman is also the chief executive and co-trustee of The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation, which provides more than $10 million annually for education, healthcare, cultural and basic and clinical research programs. He also serves as the co-trustee of the Gilbert Public Arts Foundation and a Trustee of the Gilbert Collection Trust at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
