Jeffrey Worthe, president of Worthe Real Estate Group Inc., is an ionic developer. The Santa Monica-based firm has 125 employees. Worthe Real Estate Group is currently working on The Second Century in Burbank. The project, which is leased to Warner Bros., is an 800,000 square foot office development designed by Frank Gehry. Other notable projects include The Post in Beverly Hills, which was leased to Live Nation; and Mission Logistics Project, a 1 million-square-foot industrial development. Worthe is also involved in groups including Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, UCSB and the Ziman Center at USC.
