Rayni Williams, along with her husband Branden Williams, are two of the top luxury residential real estate agents in L.A. In 2021 they sold $1.1 billion worth of real estate. The two launched their own brokerage dubbed the Beverly Hills Estates after leaving brokerage Hilton and Hyland in 2020. The brokerage also has a private members club. They are also developing five homes under their development firm, Disco Volante. During the course of her career, Rayni Williams had sold more than $9 billion worth of real estate. She grew up in a family of developers but moved to L.A. to pursue a career in journalism. In 2005, she got into real estate becoming an agent, where she met her husband. Together they have represented notable clients including Jeremy Renner, Jennifer Lopez and Max Martin.
