Fenton, a top real estate agent with Hilton and Hyland, has done more than $5.8 billion in career sales. He has sold more than 85 properties for more than $20 million. In the second half of 2021, he was involved in the sale of the Hearst Estate for more than $63 million. Some of his biggest sales and listings to date include the Chartwell Estate, which sold for $150 million, the Playboy Mansion, Owlwood and the Beverly House. He currently has the listing for the Manor, which is being marketed for $165 million and the Bellagio Estate, which is listed at $65 million.
