Kimberly Jin’s journey first started 30 years ago when she arrived in the United States to attend University of California, Los Angeles as a graduate student enrolled in the Department of Biology on a scholarship and fellowship provided by the institution. While studying biology, Jin came across a free accounting software that came with a computer purchase‚ and she realized this was the actual profession for her.
Jin has now been preparing tax returns and advising clients for over 20 years. Her clients are individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts and foundations. Jin has a deep-rooted interest in environmental affairs and their impact on our day-to-day life. The unrelenting draught and wildfire in California have caused so much loss and disruption, she is actively working to start a movement within the firm to battle the ongoing issues in a practical level.
