She is an industry leader within the aerospace and defense audit practice focused on serving clients of varying size and complexity within the growing space sector locally and in the West Region.
Ibarra also has extensive experience in dealing with complex accounting issues and internal control matters, particularly relating to revenue recognition and purchase accounting, as well as experience with initial public offerings, private and public debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, SEC registration statements and related compliance matters.
