Amir Solhpour, MD, FACC, RPV is an advanced structural interventional cardiologist trained at the prestigious Texas Medical Center. Dr. Solhpour has six board certificates which is rare among cardiologists. He is American Board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, interventional cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and is a registered physician for vascular interpretation. In addition to extra training in lipid and cholesterol management, his subspecialty includes managing various cardiac and vascular conditions using minimally invasive catheter-based therapy. He also treats various life-threatening conditions such as cardiac arrest or cardiogenic shock and life-threatening pulmonary embolism or large burden thrombus in the arterial system of the lower extremity.
