Ileana Holguin is a vice president, project executive with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. During her 21 years with the company and more than two decades in the industry, she has worked on a variety of successful healthcare, education, commercial and parking structure projects in Southern California. She leads design and construction teams to deliver results for clients across McCarthy’s Southern California region.
Holguin is well-known in the industry for her knowledge and skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, pre-construction and strong construction operations as well as her strategic thinking and unique ways to develop and maintain client and trade partner relationships. Holguin has a large portfolio of successful projects, with one of her recent accomplishments being leading the pre-construction and proactively influencing the construction efforts for the Providence Tarzana Parking Structure Project, winning two awards in 2020 from the National Parking Association: “Innovative Facility” and “Sustainability Project of the Year.”
