Rooted in equity, Theodora Oyie has championed diversity and inclusion within the construction industry for women and disenfranchised populations for decades. As president & CEO of Mindful Integration of Construction Services, she leads the firm’s operations. Her unique and diverse expertise and skillsets as owner representative, jobs coordinator, DBE/ supplier diversity consultant, community outreach director, labor compliance officer, as well as PLA administrator immensely benefit contractors, owners, as well communities impacted by respective projects.
Oyie helps craft strategies and processes that guide executives on pursuits; and enable project teams to meet contractual provisions that include local worker hire, diverse and disadvantaged businesses, project labor agreement, and labor compliance. Her deep understanding of client goals, collaborative and respectful approach with project teams, contractors, unions, and community-based partners has consistently delivered projects that exceed goals.
