Gov. Brown Collects Millions for Pet Ballot Measures

    In less than three weeks, Gov. Jerry Brown has raised more than $6.2 million from‎ special interests to promote two items on the November ballot: a water bond measure and a state rainy-day fund, proposals that he is expected to use as vehicles to seek an unprecedented fourth term, the Los Angeles Times reports.
