Stephanie Medina’s humble beginnings from being the sixth entry-level employee at 24 Hour Home Care in 2010 to assuming the role of chief people officer epitomize her leadership abilities, influence and unwavering dedication to the organization’s mission to ‘impact people’s lives by making a difference every day.’ With over 14 years of tenure, she brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of every facet of the business.

In Medina’s previous role as President of Disability Services, Stephanie launched the department’s exponential growth across the five years she led the division. She grew the department revenue from $20 million in 2017 to $96 million in January 2022 — a 380% growth. Under her leadership during the pandemic, the division ensured that more than 8,000 families with developmentally disabled adults and children had continuity of care.
