Leslie Sobol began her financial career at Laventhol & Horwath, the ninth-largest international CPA firm, where she developed her skills in audit and assurance. She left public accounting to become controller of a multistate, multimillion dollar telecommunications company, but returned to the industry when she joined a local firm where she specialized in tax and consulting. Before joining Lucas, Horsfall, Murphy & Pindroh, Sobol earned her Master of Science in Taxation at CSUN and received a certificate in International Taxation from Golden Gate University.
Sobol utilizes her knowledge and experience to cut through confusing and inadequate information to guide enterprises through difficult transitional phases. Her clients share a common thread in that they are closely held entities, but they span many industries, including services, distribution, manufacturing, and retail. Her achievements include serving on the professional advisory board of the Graduate School of Taxation at CSUN.
