Kristin Ridgway is a partner in KPMG’s Business Tax Services practice in Los Angeles. With more than 18 years of experience at KPMG providing tax and business advisory services to both public and privately held companies, Ridgway exemplifies firm priorities and has achieved much success in her tenure. She specializes in tax compliance and tax provision issues and has worked in a broad range of industries, including consumer markets, healthcare, aircraft leasing and entertainment.
Ridgway currently serves as the consumer & retail tax lead for the Pacific Southwest and is the tax lead for expanding the Las Vegas Market. She recognizes that the best culture is the best people and is highly involved in recruiting efforts, committing significant time identifying, hiring and retaining diverse talent. She serves as the overall lead tax recruiter for UCLA, performs on-campus and in-office interviews and frequently speaks on recruiting panels.
