Kelley Gastineau has specialized in forensic accounting for over 20 years, working with both public and private companies, government agencies and individuals on a variety of litigation and financial matters. She currently
serves as a director within the Forensic Accounting & Litigation Support practice at B. Riley Advisory Services.
Over the course of her career, Gastineau has advised clients across a variety of industries including finance/banking, high-tech, biotechnology, construction, real estate, apparel, entertainment. Her business and commercial litigation and consulting experience includes lost profits and commercial damages analysis, fraud investigations, Ponzi scheme analysis, asset tracing, shareholder and partnership disputes, assessment of accounting and contract compliance, conducting late fee studies, quantifying business interruption losses, conducting royalty audits, performing business valuations, and intellectual property damages analysis. In addition, she has experience quantifying labor and employment damages, specifically, economic damages in wrongful termination cases.
