L. Ashley Aull is an accomplished trial lawyer who handles business- critical and crisis matters, including patent trials, high-tech products liability cases and class actions. She has led more than a dozen trials, arbitrations and other high-stakes evidentiary hearings, demonstrating both courtroom skill and the strategic command required to guide complex cases from start to finish.
Previously, Aull served nearly a decade as a federal prosecutor. That experience gives her a rare insider’s perspective when counseling clients through government investigations and defending white-collar matters. Aull is currently trial counsel for Snap in ongoing multidistrict litigation and coordinated California state court proceedings alleging injuries to minors from alleged “addiction” to social media.
