Esther Cho is a nationally respected litigator and one of the driving forces behind Stradley Ronon’s expansion into Southern California, where she serves as partner-in-charge and sits on the firm’s board of directors. As co-chair of the firm’s Financial Services Litigation & Enforcement practice, she brings more than two decades of experience navigating high-stakes financial, regulatory, and employment matters for some of the country’s most prominent financial institutions.
Cho has built a reputation for her ability to manage and win complex cases in state and federal courts and before major arbitration forums. She has handled hundreds of matters spanning allegations of unsuitable investment recommendations, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and supervisory failures.
