Allison Libeu has been instrumental as lead or co-lead counsel in securing some of Hueston Hennigan’s most significant trial and arbitration victories, many of which have been precedent setting. She litigates highstakes business disputes across a variety of areas, including business torts, contracts, class actions, securities fraud and trade secrets.
Libeu in April 2025 led the team that persuaded the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to uphold a $311 million false advertising trial judgment and permanent injunction she and the Hueston Hennigan team obtained for Monster Energy against rival drink company Vital Pharmaceuticals and its former owner and CEO Jack Owoc. It is believed to be the largest Lanham Act judgment in history. Libeu argued the matter before the panel.
