Music Label Signs Beverly Hills Lease
Office: Wilshire & Palm is a 110,000-squarefoot building in Beverly Hills.

Concord, a Nashville-based independent music company that supports more than 125,000 artists and songwriters globally, signed a new 32,000-square-foot office lease at Wilshire & Palm in Beverly Hills.

Wilshire & Palm is located at 9171 Wilshire Blvd.

The building spans 110,000 square feet in total and offers creative workspaces with panoramic views of the city. Concord’s team will occupy the entire sixth floor and penthouse, which will consist of indoor and outdoor work offerings.

“When we initially conceptualized the tenancy at Wilshire & Palm, Concord was the prototype media tenant we had in mind for our redevelopment of the building,” Dennis Cruzan, founding partner of building landlord Cruzan, said in a statement. “We are thrilled to have them as our lead tenant at the project.”

Concord is scheduled to move into its new space in the third quarter of next year.

“We continue to see a flight to quality with office tenants as employers look to provide a differentiated, best-in-class experience for employees,” Bryan Dunne, a senior managing director at Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., said in a statement. “Buildings like Wilshire & Palm where the landlord has invested in the property have a distinct advantage to attract tenants in the market.”

Dunne, along with JLL’s Danny Rainer, represented Cruzan in the lease. Paul Haskin and Jeff Gerlach of CBRE Group Inc. represented Concord.

Beverly Hills is the fourth largest office destination for companies on the Westside, following Century City, Santa Monica and Culver City.
