One of Jacoby’s most significant recent accomplishments was his successful defense of the Los Angeles Unified School District’s employee COVID-19 vaccine policy before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit sitting en banc. In a closely watched case with national implications, Jacoby argued before an eleven-judge panel and helped secure an 8-3 decision affirming dismissal of the challenge to the District’s policy.
